Vent Health is a cash-based practice and does not accept insurance. This enables us to spend more time understanding your health and taking a proactive approach to optimize it. However, we can provide a Superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance.
Although Vent Health does not accept insurance, we can often send your blood work to an in-network lab to be processed through your insurance. Pricing will vary based on your plan and deductible. Additionally, we offer advanced diagnostic testing on a fee-for-service basis, providing access to specialized labs that support our comprehensive health optimization strategies.
Yes, Vent Health accepts payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). However, we do not work with traditional insurance plans.
Due to the nature of our services, Vent Health does not offer refunds. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of a Vent Health team member.
To cancel your Vent Health membership, simply log into your account and review the terms in your Agreement. For monthly and quarterly memberships, a 30-day written notice is required before your next payment to process the cancellation.

Yes, Vent Health fully complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), ensuring the highest level of privacy and security for your personal health information.
While we assess each case individually, we generally require recent labs and diagnostics to take over your medications. Having a comprehensive medical history and up-to-date bloodwork helps us ensure a smooth transition and allows us to provide the best possible care. If your bloodwork has been completed within the last few months, we may be able to accept it.
Eligibility for our Preventative Heart Screening may be affected by certain contraindications, including allergies to contrast media, severe renal impairment, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or arrhythmias, and pregnancy or nursing. Additionally, individuals with an elevated heart rate may be asked to take medication prior to the test to help slow their heart rate, ensuring clear and accurate imaging.
